Returns & Refunds
We want you to be blissfully happy with anything you buy from Beautifully Undressed but if you are not satisfied for any reason we'll offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn and in perfect condition. Items must be returned to us in their original condition with the labels and swing tags intact and the garment unworn and unwashed, in its original unbroken product packaging and the items re-saleable. Please make sure that briefs, thongs or swimwear are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items where it is apparent this has not been done. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on all erotic boudoir toys and apparel unless the product is faulty and within the warranty of 30 days of purchase.
Sale Items Returns Policy
We can only exchange items bought in any Beautifully Undressed sale. Items must be returned within 10 days in order to exchange, otherwise we are unable to exchange and refund items.
Beautifully Undressed must receive returns within 10 days of the date you received your order. You, the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase and we recommend that they are sent by recorded or registered delivery and please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items returned to us by any other method.
Beautifully Undressed must receive returns within 20 days of the date you received your order, allowing up to 10 days for postage. Please ensure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. Return postage from outside the UK is payable by you. Send your return by a traceable method and mark the package “Returned Goods” to avoid customs delays. Please keep your shipping document in case the package should be lost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
When making a return or exchange please email us at:
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns form. Please let us know if you would like to exchange for a different size or product, or if you'd like us to refund the order. Any additional costs will be charged subsequent to dispatch of replacement goods. Please include your email address and or/a daytime contact number. We will email you with a confirmation of your request.
WHEN ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED
If your order was especially made for you or was personalized to suit your requirements - these cannot be returned, unless faulty on receipt. Gift vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift box charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you have asked for will not be gift boxed, so if you received a gift box with the original order, you might want to retain it.
Postage/Shipping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refund's will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card only and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items). Outside the UK, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
All our garments are lovingly inspected before we wrap and send them to you. However, if you believe your purchase to be faulty, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
